The St. Leonard Baseball Association is a non-profit organization of volunteer based organizers and coaches enabling the children of our community to experience a sport that has tremendous history in our city as well as our community. The Baseball St. Leonard program effectively runs from February (indoor winter training) through the summer season and into the October for Fall Ball.
A significant part of our success and subsequent growth is the interest and investment we have made in developing our players and coaches. Our spring training camps are well managed by Academy Baseball Programs. Our coaches are invited each year to the Convention d’Entraineurs for training and development.
The Baseball St. Leonard standard offer to our members is the opportunity to play local “A” and “B” baseball provided by Baseball Quebec Region Montreal. Elite players who are looking for more competitive baseball have multiple options, they can tryout for double letter “AA” baseball from the Orioles de Montreal, or Traveling teams from academy baseball programs like Ian Jordan’s Montreal Titans; Dinelle Baseball from Dominic Dinelle; and Academie de Baseball Yannick Girard. We are affiliated also with the East end Sport-Etudes programs at Lester B Pearson High School (English) and Eduard Monpetit (French) to promote the sport and a solid educational program.
